The Lady Tigers brought their "A" game with them to Bristow last Tuesday, walking away with more than double the points managed by their opponent with their final score of 47 over just 23 points to the Purple Lady Pirates.
Cushing Tiger Basketball players held their annual Homecoming ceremony Friday night in the midst of two ball games vs rival team, the Mannford Pirates. The festivities took place during the second matchup's halftime intermission. The Red Dirt Media Group and Cushing High School are proud to present members of the 2018 Cushing Tigers Basketball Homecoming Court: Queen candidates and senior basketball players; Nadia Mooreland, Baylee Wells, Kyleigh Leverich and Megan Lee and Homecoming King candidates: Senior basketball players; Braden Winterbottom, Seth Creekmore, Harley McKnight, Alphonzo Devers and Parker Ramsey. Members of the court were joined by crown barer, Lance Lav and flower girl, Carson Creekmore.

Lady Tigers claimed yet another victory, this time over the Mannford Lady Pirates in their game on Friday, slipping by the opponent with 44 points over 30.
Our Cushing Tiger boys team did not fare as well, pulling just 29 points to Mannford's 64 and dropping their season record to 2 and 20.
