Win Puts Cushing Tigers Back Up to 4-3 Record for Season

When Cushing last shared a field with the Checotah Wildcats they seemed unstoppable, dominating the field with an ending tally of 40-7 in their favor. Although Friday night's win may not have been as absolute, there were no complaints about another victory as Tigers walked away with a lead of 21-18 and a new season record of 4-3.

"When you (fans) come to one of our games you never know what's going to happen. admitted Coach Shupe. "It's usually off script but the kids always do battle the entire time. (Today) they found a way. I'm proud of these kids and of thier coaches."
