The ground game was a very bright spot in what could have been a bad night for the Tiger offense. The passing game was anemic adding only 46 yards. Kade Holderread was 4/16 for the night with no TDs and 1 INT. To be fair, Kade had several passes dropped by several receivers. The passing game was just not in synch under the lights. England Honeybuss was the leading receiver with 2 catches for 34 yards.

The Tiger Defensive Backfield was daunting, setting the bar high early with a 35 yard Pick Six on the second play of the game. Ryan Hood lead a ferocious attack up front which limited Mannford to 106 yards TOTAL. Mannford had a net loss of 1 yards on the ground. Landry Wasson, the Pirate Quarterback, was 15/23 for 117 yards and 2 TDs with 1 INT. Wasson was also the only Mannford runner with positive yards, logging in 7 yards on 14 carries. He was sacked several times by a swarming Tiger front four. 75 of Mannford's 117 yards came on two long plays (55 yards and 20 yards).
